Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can light oil-packed tuna
  • 2/3 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 2 (6 inch) hoagie rolls, halved and split lengthwise

Directions

  1. Mix tuna, guacamole, tomatoes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and flax seed in a bowl with a fork. Fill split rolls with tuna mixture.
